DEPOSIT

A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to book every new appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment which is due the day of your appointment. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion of service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should your appointment need to be cancelled or rescheduled, it must be done so 48 hours prior to the appointment time. If cancelling or rescheduling of the same appointment occurs more than once, it will be treated the same as cancelled/missed appointment and will be subjected to cancellation fees and declining of all future appointment request.

LATE OR MISSING APPOINTMENT

We strongly encourage our clients to arrive 10-15 minutes earlier prior to their scheduled appointment to allow time to fill out papwerwork and get settled in. Please familiarize yourself with our location.

After 20 minutes, the appointment will be considered missed and your deposit will be forfeited.

A new deposit will be required to rescheduled your appointmen. Additional missed appointment may be subject to cancellation fees or declining of all future appointment request.

INITIAL VISIT

During the initial visit, all clients MUST bring a government issued photo ID, carefully read and sign a consent and release form, and fill out a health history form to ensure the skin is in good condition before receiving any treatmen. A mandatory consultation will determine client’s desired brow look and whether or not it is obtainable.

BEFORE & AFTER PHOTHOS

We will photograph our work before and after the treatment for many reasons including client records, insurance purposes, and social media. Before photographs are also necessary to asses the healed results during the perfecting session.

We recognize the importance of protecting our client’s privacy and edit the photos to display only the treatment area. Client may waive Before & After photos from being utilized on social media.

RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED

Healed results will vary with each individual client. The final shape is completely your decision, and the treatmenu will no begin until your approved the shape and color. While strictly adhering to the aftercare instructions is crucial, we have no control over the healing process and make NO GUARANTEES of how the healed result will look. The average two treatmeants is enough to obtain a natural result, but using a pencil or powder may still be necessary to achieve your desired brow. Individuals who are looking for a more intense result, must understand that it may require additional sessions (charged accordingly).

PREVIOUS PERMANENT MAKEUP

If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed or microbladed and are interested in a cover-up, you MUST email a clear photos to connyedh@gmail.com PRIOR to booking your appointment. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored or large, tattoo removal or laser will be highly recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work.

TOUCH-UP SESSION

A touch-up session after 4 to 6 weeks is necessary as everyone heals differently and outcome will vary. Certain areas may not pick up during fist session and will need to be refilled. Pigment color may need to be adjusted, brow thickness and more strokes can be added. individuals with oily skin often require a deeper shade during the touch-up session as the oils tends to lighten the pigment.Most important, your touch up session is when we refine your brows to ensure it looks perfect and retains the color.

Touch-up sessions should not be done earlier than 4 weeks after initial session as pigment color has not fully settled into the skin. Most importantly, this is to prevent scar damage as the tissue requires time to completely heal.

PRICING

All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice at any given time. We will always honor the pricing that was applicable at the time the client booked their appointmen.

TIPPING

Tips usually average 10 to 20 of treatment price. Tipping is not required, but is appreciated and goes directly to your Artist. These can be given in cash or charged to a credit card.

GUEST POLICY

Cosmetic tattooing is an art that requires focus and very fine attention to detail. Only the artist and the client getting the procedure done are allowed in the treatment area for the appointmen.

NO CHILDREN OR ANYONE UNDER 18

As per Illinois Health Departmeant requirements, children are not allowed in the treatment area. Due to the nature of our detailed artistic service, we kindly request that you respect our no guest policy.
